Lens reflection

I have my camera so it covers my drive and kitchen day time it’s awesome but night time I get a reflection off the lens on the window is there anyway to prevent this without loosing quality in the picture

  We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered.

  This issue was due to the glass on the window reflecting the IR light going out from the camera, thus unless you don't close the window, the reflection will always be there.

  What we recommend is getting a second outdoor camera to cover the area outside the window.
