Live stream Samsung Galaxy Tab A8

I can't see the live stream, i can see the timeline but i can't load the past videos, of both internal and external cameras, I see from the view of the live (bottom left) that there is data exchange, i only hear the audio from the cameras when is live. I attach screenshots.
