Keeps disconnecting
The device is always in the connecting phase, sometimes the feed streams for 10 seconds then connects for 10 and its a cycle. Sometimes the feed runs smooth and then other times its stuck on connecting. Inhave reinstalled the app and the camera more than once but ut does the same, it seems to be a connection issue but my router is close and when I am able to connect to the camera, it gives me %65 signal, is that not enough? I turned off the cloud and all other features and still does the same thing, even on low quality video

We're sorry to hear that your cameras are having a buffering issue. 1 device consumes a bandwidth of 4Mbps, you may contact your local ISP to ask about your upload bandwidth and upgrade your broadband service.Hopefully, that answers your question.
