Which Android Emulator for Windows 10 is best for blurams android app?

To run the Android Blurams app on Windows 10 PC, which emulator is best?

Nox? Bluetracks?   64 bit?  32 bit?  

What works for you?

PS  No topic for the Blurams app below.  I dont think it matters whether the camera is indoor or outdoor.   This is App question.
