No longer tracking side to side

My outdoor PTZ PTZ Dome Security Camera Model A31 will move up and down but not side to side manually and will not track any more. I have disconnected and reconnected it as well, and still will not track or move.

  Mine has been the same way for almost a year now and I've gotten nowhere with these people it's very frustrating. You pay to have these services from them but they can't seem to give you any answers on how to fix a problem with their products.
