You keep closing my requests without response

I am to the point I feel as if I need to file a report against this company. You keep closing my requests for information about 3 cameras that I have paid for and that you have not delivered nor have you been in contact with any type of tracking number This is beyond ridiculous!!!

  I was able to get my situation handled finally! It helps to talk to them on fb chat or their fb page I got instant help!
