Almost two months, no answer to where my cameras are!!

I ordered 3 cameras december 11th 2022 and I still have not received them. Only thing customer service has done is tell me a tech with respond in 24-48 hours just to get another message to say the same thing Then to get one phone call that a shippingdept member would contact me just to never again be contacted or replied to! I’m starting to get extremely angry with this considering you have my money on top of this wait and my home is not secure! I just got out of a very violent relationship and I ordered these to have a sense of security so I could sleep at night Thanks alot for taking my money and not letting me get my product quickly If I get it at all! Extremely unsatisfied how can a customer service center and a company show such lack of care for their customers and their hard earned money AND their safety! Smfh
