Live streaming not displaying
Good morning ..... Looking for some help on why a new tablet will not display any live streaming of the cameras in the house. It works fine when using an iPhone or Pixel 7. It also works fine on our 7th Gen ( 2017 ) Fire HD 8 tablet.
However on the brand new 12th Gen ( 2022 ) Fire HD 8 it will not display any live stream. Sometimes its just a white spinning icon like it's not connected, and other times you can see it hooks up and is transmitting data in the lower left corner but all you get is a black screen. And I know the new tablet is linked because using the app I can power the cameras off and back on, and even opening the app it shows a static picture of the room okay. It's just when you click on either camera to see live streaming we get a black screen or the spinning icon. Any help/input on this issue would be greatly appreciated
