Solid green light and do not get audio notifications

I am not getting any notifications when someone walks through the camera's field. I have done all the troubleshooting twice to no avail. That is why I specifically purchased a security camera. Please advise asap if it is fixable or I need to return and purchase something that actually works as advertised.
