    Yes I am having the same trouble , I was able to view on my laptop and main computer but it only works on our mo phones WHATS THE DEAL I payed for a product two years ago and now it doesnt do its job

    Exactly. Only works on mobile phones but not on any browser on PC. I hope they fix this asap.

    This problem was rarely reported, it could be related to the region you're in. Could you please report this issue to support@blurams.com and attach the Mac Address of the device so we'll know which server it's connected to?

    The Mac address can be found in 3 different locations, please pick one that's most convenient to you.
    1, The label that's pasted to the outside of the camera.
    2, The label on the outer surface of the package box
    3, Blurams App→Preferences→OTHER→Technical info

    Taking a picture or a screenshot will be perfect, no need to type it.
