Aren't you able to view your recordings on your phone? I watch playback from my phone. Switch from Cloud to SD card, Use SanDisk 32Gb to 128 GB. Format and install. From settings turn off Cloud, not a big fan of Cloud. I don't know if this helps, try it.

You can view them from the phone.  But if you have an event that is or takes longer than 5 minutes to copy to the phone, the app stops the recording process unless you have paid to subscribe to the cloud service.  Also, you then have to copy it from the phone to a computer.  Being able to go directly from the SD card to the computer is a simpler solution, but is much harder to complete due to Raw2MP4 program, which I was informed by support is a beta program over a year ago with no updates since then.  The support page showing how to view on a PC is over 2 years old, no updates.  The app does have play/pause and speed options, but are not seen if you don't have the correct resolution on your monitor to see them.  Plus, you cannot resize the window to adjust for this, the app is always full screen.  The files are in ~1 minute increments, which means there are hundreds of files for a single day, separated into hourly folders that do not correspond to the hour they were recorded in, and are in a file format that isn't recognized by most video converters.  Those that do only recognize the video, such as Handbrake or MP4Tools, no audio.  The way the files are named has no indication of when they were recorded.  You have to actually convert the video and either have had the timestamp turned on, or have the app add the timestamp, and in doing so, causes the conversion to take much longer.  I too am on the verge of replacing my cameras with a different brand because of these issues.

I know this is 2 years old.  But since Blurams has no intention of updating the app, I wish they would make it open source so someone could update it.
