Useless outside person recognition

Have repeatedly tried to get help. My outdoor picks up bushes and leaves as person on lowest setting. Was asked to send video of this and now they just ignore me. Seems that their camera is not any use for picking up persons on lowest motion setting. Thoroughly fed up with them now ignoring my responses
