One month since order and still no cameras!!

    You aren't the only one having troubles getting in contact with someone! I made a purchase a month ago. My order didn't ship until I got a hold of customer support. After my order finally got delivered the device I ordered wasn't in the box, the box was for the older model of the device I ordered, and the device in the box was a completely different device. I was given a coupon that doesn't help get me the device I ordered and have been trying to get a hold of them for days with no luck.

    I have spent over $400 in the last year getting my camera system set up and the last three still have not arrived. If I have to buy a whole new system that's $400+ down the drain. But they really need to do better with their customer service.

    I found a Customer Support number that will repeatedly send you to voicemail, but eventually I got through. If you made a request then they will say because there is a ticket a supervisor will need to contact you via email within 24-48 hours. Be sure to get a reference number because after the call any tickets that involve the issue will be marked as solved. After seeing it say solved I called again and the same Customer Support lady answered and said she merged all the requests into one (even though I can't see it yet). 

    During the call, I asked for the Customer Support lady to mention to her supervisor that people on here need help/responses and asked if they are on their Community Forum helping people at all. I referenced your situation and she said they do go on and update it, but some people might need to email them as well.
