problem with video view

I am writing to point out that on my motorola e32 with your app it is not possible to see the camera video both in playback and live. Only audio is heard. It is a playback problem on the phone that despite having reinstalled the app several times and granted all the permissions, as suggested by your support, has not been resolved. I ask you what I have to do to be able to view the video on the smartphone in question. in the meantime I can see the videos by connecting via the web.
