3 INDOOR CAMERAS NOT CONNECTING TO SERVER

I have 3 new 2k cameras. I tried several times and all 3 cameras with same results:

1- wi-fi modem is 30cm/2 feet away.

2- password is correct

3- prompt in chinese saying that "camera can not connect to server. try again later"
