Camera is facing backwards

One day my camera decided to flip around and is just filming the back wall of the unit. How do I fix? I've tried unplugging and then plugging back it. It does start up just fine but after 10 seconds of facing forward it been rolls around and is facing the back wall again.

  Yep , mine too, these blurams cameras are terrible , so many issues, very inconsistent, and won’t give refund
