Can’t use it! I only have 5G!

    The camera only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi network, if it's the 5G Wi-Fi router, please check if it supports 2.4G Wi-Fi network. If it's the double wireless bands, please refer to the below article to separate SSIDs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

    If switch to a 2.4G Hz Wi-Fi network successfully. We would recommend taking a look at this below to reset the device:

    a, Make sure the device is On and the red light is Flashing;

    b, Smartphone and the device under the Same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Networks (does not support 5GHz WI-FI);

    c, Please keep your device, phone, and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing;

    d, Please select the correct Wi-Fi encryption mode, if you don't know it, please select the WPA2.
