Free 24-hour recording on the cloud
I have new A31 and A22C cameras. The cameras work fine but the free 24 hour recording doesn't work on either one. I did everything The help center recommended.
[Preferences/Settings] " ” -> [Storage] -> [Record video to Cloud].
Please try to reboot the device in the device’s [Preferences] " ” -> [Technical Info] -> [Reboot Device] , and wait a moment to get it to update. If you still can't see the events in the Library after reboot the device, please try to replug the device.
They referred me to this blog. None of the current threads are helpful. What next?

I missed the last step which is unplug and replug. After doing that both cameras are working.
