Outdoor Lite 4
Since the recent firmware update my camera isn't recording to my SD card any longer. I opened a ticket with support and got back a response explaining to me how to use the cloud. I'm not a cloud subscriber, I want my security cameras to operate as the did before the update. They recorded to my SD card and I could rewind and watch all of the recorded data that my SD card would store. It's been like this for days now and the security part of it is worthless at this point if I can't see who's coming and going when I'm not watching live view. If I can't get a remedy soon I'm going to replace my entire set up with a different brand. I hate to do that but I need security and assurance that my cameras are recording for me to view at anytime without the cost of being subscribed to the cloud. Get me a fix Blurams please ASAP.
