    Same here, I'm not subscribed to to the cloud so I'm just getting tiny lil snippets. Whereas before the update I could rewind any length as long as it was within my sd card. Very frustrating when these are camera used for security purposes. Major let down Blurams

    I have the same issue and I contacted Blurams. The technician, Joei, told me the engineer or the developer is looking into the issue. She said the issue should be fixed by next week (11/26). Joei's supervisor asked me to reset my device which I did. But it didn't solve the issues. Let's see. Hopefully they will fix sooner than later. Or they can at least send us the previous version of firmware. Will keep you all posted.

    Joei is pretty good at following up.

    Joei said they are still working on this issue. Did they create a ticket for you? If yes, I would suggest following up with that ticket. I will keep you all posted.

    The helpdesk contacted me that the issue has been fixed and asked me to reset my device. I tried 2 ways -
    1) reset my device and reconfigured the device
    2) removed this device from my app and re-added it back and configured it again.

    None of these 2 methods worked.

    Not sure if you are contacted by the seller to try it no.1 above.
