Cannot get sound detection notifications.

I need to get a notification when a a noise is present in my blurams indoor camera room. This is not working. I also noticed that my voice plays on the camera when I speak in the app, but I cannot ear any sound coming fremo the camera, even if the tv is loud in the same room. I unsuccessfully followed all the advise you gave to another client unable to ear anything 4 months ago. What else can I do?
