I can't connet the camera to wifi

The Model is Dome Lite II A 31. The light is red and all is ok. When the camera try to connect, tell that the password is incorrect. But it is ok. I contacted the wifi router technicians and they tole me that I need to ask what ports need to be open on the router. I have also activated the Static Ip. Please, I need help.

  I have tried a 100 times to get mine A 31n to connect and it just will not.  I spent a good 30mins on the phone with my internet provider to make sure it was the right connection, password etc.  Everything is correct and it will not connect
