A31 as baby video monitor

Hello, I have but a dome light 2 (A31) to use it as baby camera as it was mentioned on the package and website and your app Everything was ok (although it has some pab and tilt issues) but recently it stops streaming live view after 5 minutes which cause mobile to go to sleep. I need to see the screen all the time at nights because baby's room is at a distance. And also hear the voice of her room. But as the application stops and offers to buy subscription to watch longer videos it is not useful any more! As i don't need any recording on the cloud or any recording at all or sharing the device, i cannot understand why i should pay for the subscription?! Why didn't you inform on the box watching live or hearing the voice live needs subscription?!!!
