Failed

Power works and it is connected to wifi. Everytime I try to access the camera using the app, it says failed. I tried diagnosing the camera and it doesn't connect. I unplugged the camera and I receive a message that bluerams was disconnected. Tried to reset camera then reconnect and it still says failed. I have two cameras and both say failed when I try to view them.
