Connect camera to wifi

I have an A30 dome lite 2 it keeps saying the camera is having trouble connecting to wifi whether it super close or a decent distance from the router. The router was installed to the all in my apartment by the complex so I can’t do or get any info manually by turning it around.

  Hello.. It said there was an update.. Wait a moment.. We are update will give ur camera superpowers or something.. Now can't see anything
