I am soooo frustrated!
I have had nothing but problems with this decice since you guys took off the free trial. I have done all the things you have sent in a generic help. Now the device is worse. Not only doesn't live stream, now it keeps losing connection. I am soon going to give my review a pure junk!!

I am also super frustrated, bought 2 cameras , when one is connected to the server, the other one goes off line, I can’t get both to work at same time, also they just film straight ahead , they don’t turn and cover much area. Just straight ahead , I will probably return them for refund as soon as I get a better camera
