Camera will not rotate and no motion detection

Hello. I love these cameras, I purchased 2 more. Blurams A21 cameras. On one it will not rotate as a motion detector like this first one. How do I correct this?

  Just bought 4 new cameras A31 Dome Lite 2, last week with 4 new micro SD Cards that did not come with the cameras.  Had to find a software to format the new sd cards with Fat32 as suggested.

  I installed one. It was working OK.  I installed the second one still OK.  I do not know what the third camera did, but the to first ones decided to stop working.  I got video and sound but the PTZ function stoped working. The next day they worked fine.  Today I installed the fourth one.  The sd card was not reckongnized and now all four cameras dont move.

  I tried to reset them, I deleted them and add them again with no success. What could be the problem and can I fix it.
