  Dear,

  If you find that the video on your phone is upside down, it is probably due to the device being installed with its top facing down and its bottom facing up. Please enter the device's [Preferences]  and tap on the [Rotate 180°] option to correct the video picture.

  I'm having issues with this too upside-down footage. My camera is of course the the right was up. Where the heck is "[Rotate 180°]" option?!

  I'm using a BluRams Dome Lite 2

  I am having the same issue. It just started yesterday.
  Rotating image 180° does not solve the problem. Yes, it flips the image right side up, but it also reverses the image so that the door that’s on the right is appearing on the left. There is a glitch in the system somewhere.
  I tried shutting off the device and turning it back on, and that did not solve the problem
