WIRE FREE CAMERA 2K. NOT WORKING
I've just bought four Bluerams Cameras during my stay in United States. Two outdoor S21C, one A31 and one A11C Wifi-Free Camera 2K. No problem with the three first mentioned, but problems with the A11C 2K.
I've had added to the app, syncronized and don´t receive any movement messages in my cell phone and no record in the cloud either.
Lights in the Camera when I pass through turn flashing blue, and then it turns green and the off.
Can you help me please? The other three Cameras, work, send notification and record videos perfect.

Please see video showing cameras light sequence, when motion sensor is activated by movement. Sequence of blinking blue ligts and the a fixed green light.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have encountered. We would be delighted to help you with this issue. And we hope all is well with you.
If the phone doesn’t receive any alert notification, it might be because the phone isn’t connected to the Internet or push notification permissions haven’t been enabled. Please make sure that the phone can access the Internet and that push notification permissions have been enabled for Blurams app.
Please do the following to enable permissions to receive blurams notifications:
Android phone
a. Open the phone’s “Setting”
b. Tap App Notifications
c. Tap the blurams App
d. Enable permissions for push notifications
Different phones will have different settings. You can contact the phone manufacturer for advice.
iOS phone
a. Open "Settings"
b. Scroll down and tap the blurams App
c. Tap the notifications option
d. Turn on "Allow notifications"
If the above configurations are correct but you still can’t receive alert notifications, please enter the security camera’s [Preferences] "mceclip0.png” -> [Notifications] on the blurams app to access the following options and do the following:
Turn on Allow notifications
Turn on event types that need to receive notifications (such as Motion Detection, Sound Detection, etc.).
Tap [Stop notification time] and check if a time period (schedule) when notifications wouldn’t be pushed was added. Delete this “schedule” to receive push notifications during that time period again.
Tap [Notification frequency] and change the length of the intervals to shorter ones to receive notifications more frequently.
If problem persists after securing above details, kindly please provide device's MAC address so we can help fix it better.

Thank you very much for your answer. No good results. I've done all the suggested actions, with no good results. Please find a Screenshot with MAC Address.
For your information, Camera looses conection after some time, and needs to be reset to be on line again. After some time seems it turns off again and looses conection. By pressing the camera reset button goes on line again, but no data recording. I enclose screenshots of what software shows. Another issue, a hugh baterry power loose in one day after complete charge. Regarding lights shown in the camera, please take a look to the Video sent in my previous email. After movement detection a blinking blue light appears, and then turns still green light for a while and then turns off. No Cel notiification. Very weird for me...

One more thing... with the two outdoor S21C, and the A31 there is no problem with the app, notifications, data recording, etc... No problem with settings, thats why I don´t understand whats wrong with the A11C Wifi-Free Camera 2K.

Today I have realize that camera besides having problems with connection to the app, turns off after a while and needs to be turn on again. I notice this last issue, because trying to access to it, when I push the reset button, says... "your camera has been turned on".. and then, after several times (three or more) trying to get online thru the app, (appears a message something like connection is nor possible), finally connection is successful and the image on line appears, but no recording and movement detection is available. After a while looks like it turns off, with a baterry power great consumption.
