A31 not able to record night vision

My camera works well in daylight in nightvision it does not record anything at all it cannot see nothing at all just grey noise is this something someone else has experienced, I tried as well set up the night vision to manual and no sucess.

 

Its a recent camera A31 model with a couple of months recording to the SD card
