Give me my video

I have your dome2 camera, I have it set to SD card all day recording and cloud recording and all it has done is scattered a bunch of 60 second recordings on the SD card.   I am trying to download a timelapse of a 3d print.  I want to recover a 4 hour period here. I've tried it using my web browser on a laptop, I've tried it using the android app, I have tried to recover the SD card files.  I have done all this trying to download a single 4 hour time lapse and you guys can't handle that?  I have to make a bunch of 20 minute clips and save them individually?  What is going on here?  The video clips I make and save do not even play.  You can't seek in the video.  As soon as you try to fast forward in the video the video can't play.  They are all corrupted video files being downloaded off your server.  If I try to do it off the app that means I would have to make my android phone sit there for 4 hours and rerecord again off the replay?  How to I get MY VIDEO off YOUR server.  Why did MY VIDEO spray itself onto MY SD card 1000 times in 1 minute clips?  Why can't you handle the recovery of a 4 hour video when I have cloud recording and a hard copy?
