Why is the duration of each video in the library 12 seconds?

If the device is not subscribed to a Cloud Service or the Cloud Service expires, the system will give the device a lifetime valid event recording Cloud Service by default. The Cloud Service supports the storage of events that happened in the last 24 hours to the cloud. The length of each event is about 12 seconds.

If you want to view the full video of the entire event, you can subscribe to the device to Cloud Services. If you do not want to save the video to the cloud, you can go to the device's [Preferences] "”  -> [Storage] and turn off [cloud video recording]. Once this is done, the platform will no longer save video files uploaded by the device.

The cloud media library does not support displaying the videos saved on the SD card. You can enter the “Playback” page of the device to play the videos on the SD card, or insert the SD card into a computer to view the videos.
